What's happening at GSML?
- The library's permanent phone number is back to 860-423-5159. We no longer have a mobile line, so please note that text messages sent to this number will not be received.
- We are co-hosting a FREE women's and girl's (age 12+) self-defense class on 10/29 from 1-5pm taking place at the South Windham Fire Dept. Signup is required; please see flyer further down for more details.
- We are still looking for interested individuals to help restart our Friends of the Library group. A Friends group will help us with fundraising, promoting, advocacy, and more. It can take as much or as little time as you can afford to contribute!

- We have a Halloween Party coming up on October 26 from 5:30-7pm! All ages are welcome to join us (in costume!) for food, Halloween crafts, and fun. Signup is requested so we can plan ahead for refreshments.
- Our quarterly board meeting is Thursday, October 12 at 7pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
