Frosty Forest Trail 5K

Welcome to the running of Frosty Forest Trail 5K in Stratford, CT.  Start time is 10 am. This adventure will give you a wonderful opportunity to "get off the road" and onto the trails, however a little trail experience is mandatory. The course is typical New England trails and the 5k is a 1.55 irregular loop traveled over twice for 3.1 miles. Yes, you can dress up in any Holiday costume and run. You can choose to run, jog, hike or walk the 5K  (3.1 miles) and visit a new panorama with the promise of the "Holiday Spirit " moving along with you.
