Hamden's Memorial Day Parade

The Town of Hamden will present its 85th Annual Memorial Day Parade beginning at Hamden High School and continuing north along Dixwell Avenue to the Hamden Middle School. The parade will serve as a tribute to the deeds of our veterans and a source of pride to our citizens.

Immediately following the parade, there will be a Remembrance Ceremony inside the Hamden Middle School Veterans Memorial Auditorium, located at 2623 Dixwell Ave in Hamden. After the invocation, Mayor Lauren Garrett will address those in attendance, and Parade Marshals will be introduced. Wreaths will then be placed outside at the Veterans Monument.
