Marimba Festival

Come listen to three styles of marimba music, including hearing a performance by world renown marimbaist Sylvie Zakarian

This performance will run lightly over an hour, and will include a performance of Zimbambwean Marimba by the Yale Marimband, a modern classical marimba duet by two students, and a performance by world reknown classical marimbaist Sylvie Zakarian. Come see all that the marimba can offer, and learn about its deeply rich history.
