Teen Volunteer Training

Tuesday/Thursday, June 20 & 22, at 6 p.m.

Groton Public Library teen volunteers must attend one of these training dates. In each session, we will learn about:

 - The available positions and their assigned duties
 - The sign-up & check-in process for volunteer shifts

Techy Teens & Savvy Seniors

Monday, June 26, at 11 a.m.

Groton Public Library teen volunteers will be at the Thrive55+ Active Living Center to offer tech help for computers, phones, or tablets. Seniors and retirees are encouraged to register with Thrive55+. Teens interested in volunteering can contact Jessa Franco at (860) 441-6750 for more information.

Wednesday, June 28, at 3:30 p.m.

A social group for teens and tweens at the Groton Public Library that celebrates and supports the LGBTQ+ community.

Summer Reading Support

Thursday, June 29 – August 3, at 2 p.m.

Groton Public Library teen volunteers can stop by to help support our summer reading program. Help with craft prep, decorating, putting together prizes, etc. Contact Jessa Franco at (860) 441-6750 for more information.

Aquatic Arts & Crafts

Thursday, June 29 – August 10, at 3 p.m.

Teens, join us this summer for crafting based on water, waves, and whimsy! For teens entering grades 6-12.
