The American West inspired artists to explore its breathtaking landscape, abundant wildlife, and the adventures and life of Indigenous peoples, pioneers, scouts and cowboys. Photos, paintings, sculpture and artifacts will tell the story of the events, people and conflicts of America's westward expansion.

Gentle Chair Yoga

5 Wednesdays, May 3 - May 31, 9 am, $60

This class is appropriate for beginners and those recovering from surgery, emphasis on reducing stress, improving balance and flexibility and stretching and strengthening muscles.

Beginning Canasta

4 Tuesdays, May 9 - 30, 2 pm to 4 pm, $60

Canasta has been a popular game since the 1950s. Chances are you have a friend or two who play! Come learn how to meld, talon, make canastas and go out to win the game. Fun and challenging. Class size limited to 12. Taught by Geri Rhoades.

Megan's Favorite Fancy Toast

Since avocado toast came on to the culinary scene around 2014, "fancy toast" is here to stay and Chef Megan is a big fan. In this class, she will share some of her favorites: whipped ricotta with fresh lemon-thyme honey and marinated tomatoes, possibly date and rhubarb compote, and more. Amazing breads will be our canvas for this fun and very tasty class.

Wednesday, May 17, 10:30 am, $20 pay at the door

A Korean version of fried sauce noodles served in Shandong province of China. Steaming thick white-wheat noodles are topped with a delicious black bean sauce featuring pork, onions, potatoes, and zucchini. This dish is a universal favorite in Korea. Come to try and learn how to make this Korean cuisine staple.
