She is passionate about building relationships with Connecticut small business owners and using her communications background to identify and provide the support businesses and nonprofits need to grow and thrive.

Blackout Poetry 
April 1-April 30 (While Materials Last)

Blackout poetry is when you take a written text from a book, newspaper, or magazine and redact words to produce your own poetry! Come to Ives Squared and grab a discarded book page to write your own. Then you can display your poetry for all to read on the whiteboard wall! 

Decorate Wooden Easter Eggs 
Monday, April 3, 6-7:30 pm 

In this program, you will learn how to use the

egg-bot while decorating one-of-a-kind wooden Easter eggs to bring home with you! Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.

You can now learn how to use our machines online!  Watch the training video for the machine you want to learn at your convenience.  When you are ready, call us to schedule your certification test!

MakeHaven Updates!

If you are interested in learning more about what is available at MakeHaven, they have launched a program called "Guided Exploration of Makerspace Skills" (GEMS) which will coach participants in achieving goals for gaining new
