The Town of Canton will hold an online auction on Monday, March 20, 2023 to sell the abandoned personal property of evicted residential tenants Sheralyn Marsh, Callahan Marsh, James Marsh, Robin Bunce, Tanner Marsh IV, and Victoria Salzmann, who were evicted from 37 West Road, Canton Connecticut. The items have been stored by the Town of Canton pursuant to section 47a42a (e) of the Connecticut General Statutes. The property will be sold by Absolute Auctions and Realty, Inc. online at www.AARauctions.com. All items will become the possession of the highest bidder. Auction will be by lot only. There are eleven large shipping containers and each container’s contents will be sold separately. Only the contents of the storage containers will be sold. Property is to be sold "as is." The property will be sold without warranty or representation of any kind as to its condition or title.
