TOWN OF NEWINGTON
PROPOSED CHARTER LANGUAGE
On August 23,2022,the Newington Town Council voted to accept the Final Report and Final Proposed Charter language, as submitted by the 2022 Charter Revision Commission, for submission to the electors at the November 8, 2022 Gubernatorial Election.
The language contained Proposed Charter Language document is shown with markups to indicate proposed information added and removed from the original Charter, based on recommendations made by the Town Council or 2022 Charter Revision Commission.
