Our Budget Plan takes the “peaks and valleys” out of monthly energy costs, making it easier to plan your household budget. Your monthly charge is calculated based on energy usage over the past 12 months and is periodically reviewed to either increase or decrease based on your actual usage, and any changes in energy costs.
No-cost Energy Assessments
Get personalized recommendations for saving energy – and money – all around your home and free energy-saving products including:
-Advanced power strips
-Low-flow showerheads
-Faucet aerators
-Programmable thermostats
If you need extra support, we have payment assistance programs that can help — even if you've never qualified before. Our Consumer Advocacy team is also available for support and guidance.
Good Neighbor Energy Fund
If you do not qualify for other assistance programs, The Good Neighbor Energy Fund may be able to help with energy bills. Income must fall between 60 and 80% of the state's median income levels.
