From Beginner to Intermediate Level.
Join Western Connecticut Chess Academy to learn and develop your chess game! Beginners will learn how to play the game of chess along with basic strategies. Advanced beginners to intermediate will be taught all phases of tournament play. Mr. Jim Santorelli has coached 13 National Champions and has 35 years of experience teaching children and adults and he is bringing his successful teaching skills to Southbury Parks & Recreation. Due to popularity, Jim will now be offering both a Thursday and a Friday option.
Classes will be held at the Southbury Parks & Recreation building: 561 Main St South, Southbury, CT 06488.
