A licensed Realtor, a licensed Mortgage Professional and a licensed Home Inspector will provide information for first time home buyers on navigating the home buying process including: a market outlook, the home buying process step by step, financial aspects (budgeting, qualifying, loan programs) and home inspection essentials. This will happen in the library's program room at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15. At 7 p.m. a licensed Realtor and a Professional Home Stager will present information to individuals considering selling their home now or in the future. The information helps the homeowners through the entire process of home selling including: things to do before putting their home on the market, strategically pricing their home, the benefits to staging a home, marketing their home, tips on better home showings, successfully negotiating the deal and closing the transaction.
