Peters Railroad Museum

The museum started in 1957 with a small HO scale model railroad and a few Railroad lanterns.  As the collection kept growing and growing it took over our home. Now our home has turned into the Peters railroad museum. This is a family affair with my Wife and two Sons as partners in the running of the museum. We have had numourus group tours, such as the NMRA (The National Model Railroad association,THE Lionel Operating Train Society, Classic car groups, and many, many more different groups and organizations. But the general public is always welcome as well. The once small HO scale layout has now grown to a 15 feet by 8 feet table with a very unique  way of controlling it. Guests can operate the small trains  using an actual  control stand from a GM diesel locomotive.while sitting in a engineers seat
